Clarksville Family Law Firm

Tennessee Injury AttorneyMatt Fendley

Legal problems can ruin your personal, financial and professional life. A car accident may leave you permanently disabled and faced with medical bills you can't afford to pay. Or, if you are dealing with divorce, you may find yourself feeling frustrated and emotionally drained. If you are facing criminal charges for drug use or drunk driving, the criminal record could overshadow you in future job opportunities.

At Mart G. Fendley, Attorney at Law, we are committed to using the legal system to reorganize lives, not destroy them. We represent clients throughout Clarksville and Middle Tennessee in car crashes, family law, and drug and alcohol crimes.

A Family-Focused Law Firm

We are a family-based and family-focused law firm. We are committed to helping our clients with legal problems. Our legal team comprises the following people:

  • Mart G. Fendley: Our founding lawyer, Mart G. Fendley, has been practicing in Clarksville and Middle Tennessee for 30 years. Since 1994, he is board certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Tennessee Supreme Court. He also received an AV Peer Review Rating* by fellow attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating.
  • Wendy Davis: Wendy Davis has worked with Mart Fendley for almost 10 years. She feels like part of the family here, and the long-term relationship is built on a commitment to serving clients.
  • Elizabeth Fendley: Elizabeth (Mart's daughter), currently in law school, has gained experiences many of her law school peers have not.  has been assisting with client matters and assisting Mart in court.

"One of the things I can attest to as I'm going through law school: experience matters. Law school doesn't teach you everything, and studying and taking exams is not always enough. I've been in court, and I see situations that allow me to take the nuances of law and apply it to real people in actual scenarios." — Elizabeth Fendley.

  • Jake Fendley: Jake (Mart's son) has been assisting Mart in the firm since he was 15. He is now halfway through law school, and his understanding of legal matters has grown significantly. When many young attorneys graduate law school, their first education is learning about clients and what to expect in court. Jake has already developed that experience over the past 10 years.

We are committed to justice and education throughout the process, and we will help you move through the difficult time. Contact our Clarksville family law firm online or call 931-266-4647 to schedule your free initial consultation with an experienced lawyer.
