Katherine graduated from Washburn University School of Law with her J.D. in 2010 and the University of Kansas School of Law with her LL.M. in Elder Law in 2012. She worked as a legislative attorney for the Kansas State Legislature for five years, drafting legislation and constitutional amendments in the areas of criminal law, veterans law and health law. In 2015, Katherine was sworn in as a Deputy District Attorney for the 10th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Colorado, where she prosecuted traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases, focusing her caseload on domestic violence.
After a PCS move to Fort Campbell in January 2018, Katherine and her active-duty Army husband are proud to call Clarksville their home. At Fendley & Etson, Katherine is committed to zealously defending and representing clients within the Fort Campbell and Clarksville communities. Her practice focuses on family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and estate planning.
